Experienced Equipment Operator & Crew Member

We are looking to hire an individual to operate equipment for our locally owned construction and landscape company. Tasks include but are not limited to operating and transporting skid steers, excavators and various other construction equipment, prep work, grading, site demo, utility ditch preparation, pipe installation, machine maintenance, and various other tasks. This position also includes laboring and handwork. We believe team work is essential for our day to day success, so individual must be able to work well with others and follow instruction. This job requires a person who is a self starter, someone who pays attention to detail, and strives for excellence. Job position is a full time position. Past experience is required. Requirements for the job are:

Equipment operating experience

Drivers License (CDL is a plus and compensation to reflect)

Clean driving record

Reliable transportation to job sites within a 30 mile radius of Redmond

Arrives to work on time daily

Able to pass a drug test

Positive Attitude

Willing to learn

Able to work in adverse weather conditions

Lift 50+ pounds

Willing to work over time if needed
