Baker/dough production at Boone Dog Pizza

The Barn in Sisters is a food truck pod that also operate Boone Dog Pizza. We are looking to hire a dough production team member to be an integral part of our expansion in to the Bend market with a second location. We are looking for someone who is passionante about artisan dough, naturally leavened dough, baking bread. Experience in volume production is preferred but experience with baking and mixing is a must. The job will be based out of our production commissary space at the Barn in Sisters.
