Preschool Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and curriculum planning, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of preschool children

- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities

- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive interactions among students

- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity between home and school environments

- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and developmental milestones

Requirements:

- ECE education

- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting

- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices

- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

- Ability to manage a classroom effectively, including behavior management techniques
