Multiple projects. Project 1. Kitchen. Involves demo and repair of backsplash, demo countertops. Install small bank of cabinets and level existing cabinetry. Sand and paint all kitchen cabinets. Tile backsplash (after new countertop is installed.) Removal of ceiling light fixtures and install recessed lighting. Repair ceiling. Repair small hairline crack in floor concrete and install vinyl flooring.

Project 2. Master bathroom. Remove jetted tub and fiberglass shower. Remove countertop and backsplash. Repair area. Tile in new shower. Install new bathtub. Install glass doors. Tile backsplash (after countertop is installed). Install vinyl flooring. Paint walls.

Project 3. Main bathroom. Remove fiberglass tub/shower combination. Remove countertop and backsplash. Repair area. Tile in new shower. Tile backsplash (after countertop is installed). Paint walls. Remove vinyl and install tile flooring.
