Part-time handyman for Commercial Property

We are a property management company with Office and Retail Shopping Centers located in Broken Arrow OK. We are looking for a highly motivated, and talented Handyman that has over 3 years of hands-on experience in handyman work. We would like for you to have experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing. The job is Part-time averaging 7-10 hours a week.

- You must be able to Perform Work Independently and have a truck.

- Provide your own basic tools (hammer, tapes, paint brushes, screw drivers, and other basic tools).

- Be Dependable.

- Have a good work ethic.

- Be able to show space to future tenants

- HOURLY PAY negotiable based upon ability and job references
