Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead will ensure shipping, receiving and warehouse inventory activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.  Assist plant leadership with coordinating activities of Team Members engaged in various functions within the warehouse, utilizing knowledge of shipping, receiving and warehouse functions. What You’ll DoLead and support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material handlingPull, pack, skid, crate, and prepare materials and products to meet order and quality specificationsCoordinate transportation needs, including obtaining freight quotes and working with approved carriersEnsure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and on timePrioritize and delegate work assignments to meet on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goalsAct as a working lead and backup for all warehouse roles as neededIdentify errors, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiativesHelp develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions
