Assistant/secretary wanted

Looking for an assistant/secretary, preferably mechanically inclined, answer phone, make appointments, bookkeeping, errands, doesn't mind helping in shop with equipment, performance autos, as in not just sitting at a desk, willing/wanting to learn new skills, easily follow instructions, able or willing to get a CDL license (21+yo) Can help with ranch animals if needed.
