Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape and outdoor living construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with clients, landscape designer/salesman, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure compliance with project specifications

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate progress to clients regularly

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscape and outdoor living construction management

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of outdoor construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
