Local Oklahoma company needs carpenters, handymen, construction helpers and insulation crew helpers in the OKC metro. This is a fast paced, fun and easy going job with pay that is above average for the type of work required. No experience necessary however a good attitude is required. We will train the right people. Experience in home remodeling, carpentry, door and window installation, drywall, cellulose insulation blowing, HVAC or any other residential construction related work is a huge plus.

Starting pay for helpers is $15.00/hr for a SHORT training period. Training period is dependent on skills and how fast learn our techniques and processes which are all very basic which are all very basic construction type skills. After training is complete, the job is salaried + bonuses with pay averaging $660-$770 per week for a crew member. There is a potential for $1300-$1500+ per week for anyone motivated and skilled enough to move up into a crew leader position. We offer paid vacation benefits after one year of employment, healthcare benefits after 3 months of employment and generous annual bonuses at the end of each year.

You must be able to work between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our typical work day starts at our warehouse between 7:00 and 8:00 am and ends between between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Average work week is 35-37 hours but you get paid for 40 if you work every day. Overnight travel within Oklahoma is required approximately 8 weeks spread throughout the year. Most days we work in the OKC metro area.

A clean drug screen and a criminal background free of violent crimes, drugs or theft will be required.
