Apartment Maintenance Tech

Looking for an experienced maintenance technician whose primary responsibility will be the make vacant apartments ready for rent. Their additional responsibility will be to do work orders for occupied apartments. This is a full-time position with a set 40 hours per week schedule and fixed days off. We offer a full benefits package to include medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will earn paid vacation time as well as other paid time off. Must have your own tools. Need experience with sheetrock repair, painting, light plumbing and electrical work, and knowledge of PTAC/HVAC is helpful.
