General Maintenance Pro Needed - Flexible Schedule, Consistent Work

Stellar Home Maintenance is looking for experienced handymen to provide maintenance services for occupied properties.

We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle making the repairs and providing a great experience for the resident. Our ideal candidate has previous knowledge of working as a maintenance tech for apartment complexes or other types of property management companies and has a well rounded set of skills in maintenance repairs. Punctuality, professionalism, and customer service are a must.

We do not do remodels or renovations

We have both Full Time and Part Time openings. The more time you have open for work, the more money you can earn. The pay is fair, but this is not a get rich quick job. This role is for someone who values putting in a solid days work, and getting a solid days pay in return.

Seeking individuals with the tools/skills to complete any of the following:

General Maintenance

Carpentry

Landscaping (tree trimming, tree removal, etc.)

Fencing

Licensed Plumbing

Licensed Electrical

Exterior Repairs (siding, stucco, fascia, etc.)

Sheetrock (tape, float, texture, paint)

Painting

Roofing

Requirements:

- Must have your own transportation

- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

- Ability to pass a background check

- General liability insurance is a plus, but not a requirement
