Outside Sales / Field Representative – Small Construction Company

We’re a small, growing construction company looking for a motivated Outside Salesperson / Field Rep to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organized, personable, and enjoys working both in the field and with customers.

Responsibilities:

Visit job sites and meet with customers who have requested quotes or estimates

Assess project needs and gather details for estimating and proposal preparation

Communicate effectively with customers and the office to ensure accurate information

Deliver materials or equipment to crews as needed

Assist with basic project logistics and coordination

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company

Requirements:

Reliable, well-maintained vehicle (pickup truck preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Competency with CRM's, etc.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Basic understanding of construction practices is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Hourly pay + commission

All fuel and vehicle maintenance expenses are covered by the company
