Office Coordinator - Full time
Oklahoma, Oklahoma city, 73101 Oklahoma city USAKey Responsibilities and Duties:
Carry out tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with office and field staff.
Identify and address challenges in a proactive manner.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform the duties of the job to include, but not limited to:
Front desk duties, answering phones, greeting vendors/visitors
Processing daily mail and checks received
Taking and entering Daily Production Reports
Filing
Mailing of weekly vendor invoice payments
Managing office supply inventory and placing orders when needed
Creating and managing Division Orders
Producing and filing federal Department of Energy report monthly
Performing a monthly production audit
Maintaining holiday and attendance records
Creating Production spread sheets monthly using Excel, including the use of formulas
Managing and maintaining records – licensing and maintenance – for all company vehicles
Maintaining Certificate of Insurance files, including gathering COIs for an annual insurance audit
Prepare applicable Safety material provided by our carrier to be distributed to field personnel
Produce and maintain monthly gas production reports
Maintaining a detailed returned mail log
Manage the Drug & Alcohol testing program
Mailing of monthly checks and statements
Mailing of yearly 1099s

Qualifications:
High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of office experience
Oil & Gas experience helpful
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills
PakEnergy experience helpful, but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised
