Installation Assistants Needed (Short-Term Project 11/17–11/21) – Creative Holiday Pop-Up

Superfly Hospitality is seeking two Installation Assistants to support the setup of a themed holiday bar experience. This is a temporary, hands-on role perfect for someone with installation, scenic, event, or general construction experience.

DATES: Monday 11/17 – Friday 11/21
LOCATION: Oklahoma City

Responsibilities:


 Assist with installing and dismantling décor, fixtures, and scenic elements


Safely use hand and power tools (drills, saws, screwdrivers, etc.)


Follow direction from Set Designer & Install Lead


Move, handle, and secure materials and props


Maintain a clean and safe workspace


Support onsite problem-solving as needs shift

Qualifications:


Experience in installation, events, stagecraft, or similar work preferred


 Comfortable with basic tools


Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction


Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/elevated surfaces


Flexible schedule during installation week (evenings/weekends as needed).

This is a paid, short-term role.
