Qualified Handyman for maintenance for a Property Management Co

Looking for an immediate well rounded qualified handyman to provide maintenance and small repairs for residential properties. Single family homes, handling daily work orders with knowledge and experience in plumbing (fix a leaking dishwasher or install a hot water tank). Needs to be able to trouble shoot to figure out how to correctly fix the problem. Will also be involved in preparing Make Ready's, handling anything indoors, as well as, outdoor such as fence panels and garage doors. We are looking for a Jack of All Trades

3 days a week

Starting pay is $20-$25 depending on experience

MUST have a VALID driver's license
