handyman/residential remodeler

this job requires tools and knowledge please do not waste my time or yours. It is a 1099 position. It also is the hourly position we are currently doing anything with residential remodeling. I am looking to hire on some crews doing basic remodeling, such as door, knobs toilets, GFI‘s, light, electrical light, plumbing, painting, fence, work exterior work pretty much anything to do with a residential home or property we will do. I am looking for qualified individuals that have transportation and tools and knowledge and do not need to be supervised and someone that’ll work quick efficiently still while maintaining quality work.
