Shop Manager

The Shop Manager is responsible for the overall direction, supervision and functioning of the Oklahoma City shop. Including mechanical build and repairs, supervision of mechanics and shop safety.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversees and when necessary, may perform customer service functions or scheduled maintenance.Supervises and when necessary, assists with administrative services related to automobile repairs; tasks may include preparing cost estimates for customers, notifying customers of preventive and scheduled maintenance, and making repairs within skill level.Reconciles operating accounts and records including reconciling sales with cash and receipts.Drafts and maintains operating reports as requested by the division manager.Monitors inventory, and orders supplies and tools for the shop.Schedules and arranges necessary maintenance for the shop.Ensures that the shop is neat, clean, and safe.Performs other related duties as assigned.Keep open lines of communication with all parties.Oversee All Licenses/Permits with Asset ManagerDesign and Update Equipment and Spray Systems to SpecificationsMust be able to perform all aspects of fleet repairs to include but not limited to mechanical, hydraulic, welding, fabrication and minor body repairs.
