Responsibilities:The primary function of an Assembler is to prepare), clean, inspect, and package products in a controlled environment and/or other properly designated area such as a non-sterile packaging bench. This role may also include boxing and palletizing packaged products and preparing them for release as non-sterile or sterile

Read and understand product specifications and blue prints.

Verify components for count, quantity, and revision.

Clean components in preparation for packaging.

Bond, wind, crimp, press, split, cut, etc. materials to assemble products.

Generate and affix labels to properly identify materials.

Seal products using various heat sealing machines and materials

Box and package product for shipment to sterilizer.

Assist in rework as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Must have a high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.

Ability to utilize basic math skills.

Works well with a team
