The receptionist answers incoming calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.  The receptionist sets the tone for the dealership by being professional and promptly assisting customers. Hours: Mon and Wed, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Alternating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Essential Duties:Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone.Welcome and direct guests appropriately on the phone and in person.Perform a variety of clerical duties and assist with projects as needed.Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
