Handyman Wanted – Full House Rehabs – $10K cash per project

We are real estate investors managing multiple rental properties in the Youngstown area. We’re looking for handymen who can take on entire house rehab projects.

Work Includes:

Flooring (install/replace)

Painting & drywall repair

Kitchen & bathroom updates

Doors, trim, fixtures

Basic plumbing & electrical

Details:

We provide the house and materials.

You handle labor and project management.

Typical pay: $10K cash per completed house.

Payment structure: milestone-based.

Ongoing pipeline of work — steady projects available.

Requirements:

Prior experience with full rehabs or major remodels.

Ability to work independently and finish a house in 4–6 weeks.
