Responsibilities: ● Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.● Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager.● Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, Chezuba, and HandshakeAct as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.● Assists supervisors with job board research.● Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. ● Performs other related duties as assigned.
