Position Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join and contribute to the success of our growing Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical background with a desire to learn more. As the Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design and prototyping
• Research and documentation
• Equipment maintenance and inventory
• Project setup and cleanup

Position Qualifications:

• BSME at 4-year Accredited College/University with minimum 2 years field, internship, or equivalent experience OR an Associates in an Equivalent Degree with minimum 3 years field experience
• Experience with various prototyping methods (e.g., 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, etc.)
• 3D CAD experience; SolidWorks 2 years (preferred), knowledge of Fusion360 is a plus
• Knowledge of Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electrical is a plus but not required
• Must be familiar with at least one programming language
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail is a must have
• Ability to work independently when needed, or in a small team
• Ability to document work thoroughly
• Submitting a portfolio showing work examples is strongly encouraged, but not required
• Local knowledge of the Cleveland area is a plus
• No remote work, onsite only
• Ability to travel
