Extrusion Operator - Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM), 3-1-3 rotation; initial 90-day training on Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)Pay: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to drive high-performance results? In this key role, you will take ownership of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality productsKey Responsibilities:Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Quality & Precision Control: Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures. Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools.Process Optimization: Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework.Material & Records Management: Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain accurate production logs.Teamwork & Safety: Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.
