Coating Operator - Nights

Are you a mechanically inclined problem-solver looking to own and operate advanced production technology? We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to drive performance and accountability on our coating lines. In this role, you will lead machine setups, monitor technical controls, and troubleshoot adjustments across multiple workstations to hit production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup: Lead setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences for optimal productivity.Troubleshooting & Controls: Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures; systematically diagnose machine malfunctions to find root-cause solutions.Quality & Safety: Perform routine quality tests using standard measuring devices; safely load/unload raw materials and finished products while strictly adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.Collaboration: Actively support preventative maintenance (PMs), participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, standard work), and collaborate with team members to hit department goals.
