GREAT HEALTH, DENTAL, AND VISION BENEFITSUP TO $21/HR ON 1ST SHIFT7AM-3:30PM, VOLUNTARY OVERTIMEEASY COMMUTE - RIGHT OFF I-71Description:Assembly of electrical components and complex wiring layouts into an EnclosureAssembles and lay out components on a system according to the design specificationsWires and routes cable harnesses in an electrical cabinet as per the wiring schematicHand wiring may be required in some cabinetsVerifies and troubleshoots panel boards using a multi-meter to verify continuityUses various hand tools, torque tools, screwdrivers, crimpers, cutters and wire strippersFastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fastenersCommunicate with the Engineers to clarify any issues or relay any corrections or changes to the electrical designResponsible for updating shop folder with assembly and test dataMaintains, organizes, and cleans work area compliant with 5S StandardsOvertime may be required for short term or long term duration, as business needs mandateOther tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as requiredSkills:Electrical, Assembly, schematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Aptitude to read schematics and blueprints requiredDemonstrated mechanical abilityPrior experience in a "technician" rolePossess good communication skills and an ability to adapt to changing situationsAbility to perform job to safety, quality and delivery expectationsAttention to DetailExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
