What Product or Services Marketing contributes to Cardinal HealthMarketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.Job SummaryCardinal Health provides innovative technology and practice management solutions, specialty expertise, and scale to enable specialty physician practices and clinics to deliver high-quality and efficient patient care. Lead the brand strategy, marketing strategy, messaging, and targeted promotions to establish and grow Navista Network brand awareness in the oncology specialty physician practice market

In partnership with Digital Marketing, create and execute robust lead generation strategies and nurturing efforts through paid and owned channels

Develop sales enablement resources and content aligned with the customer buying journey, ensuring the Business Development team is equipped to effectively communicate our value proposition

Continually optimize marketing mix to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth

Identify opportunities to elevate and tailor the Navista Network messaging with the biopharma audience

Work closely with Business Development teams to track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of sales and marketing efforts, utilizing Salesforce campaign management and closed-loop reporting

Collaborate with Creative Services, Brand Strategy and external agency partners to produce effective and on-brand customer-facing marketing campaigns and sales enablement resources

Partner with Communications Business Partner to implement external communications, thought leadership and earned media efforts

Work with the Senior Manager of Market Research to conduct message testing and understand perceptions and unmet needs within the target market

Lead the trade show and sponsorship strategy for Navista Network and work with Advisor, Event Marketing Operations and other Cardinal Health teams and external vendors to ensure a coordinated presence at external events

Responsible for the ongoing management and tracking of a Marketing budget

Collaborate effectively with others and build strategic alliances within the Pharmaceutical & Specialty Solutions segment and across Cardinal Health

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, preferred

8+ years experience in related field, experience in oncology is strongly preferred

Experience marketing physician networks and managed services organizations (MSO), strongly preferred

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and sales enablement

Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills

Demonstrated project management and marketing experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives

Ability/willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic travel)
