Facility Setup & Cleaning

Performs cleaning throughout the club and sets up rooms for banquet events.

Job Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following:

1. Reports to work as scheduled.

2. Vacuums / cleans in all banquet room and main dining areas.

3. Moves and exchanges furniture in club as directed by each event order or the Executive Director.

4. Prepares Banquet rooms: Cleans and/or vacuums floors, transports proper furniture from storage areas, sets up tables as instructed by the banquet manager, secures sufficient number of chairs and places around the tables, sets up podium, all AV equipment as instructed.

5. Cleans, vacuums, and dusts all areas of the Club as needed.

6. Checks grounds for trash are removes unsightly items to the trash.

7. Performs other duties are assigned.

Physical Demands:

Employee may be required to stand for long periods of time, walk, stoop, and kneel. The employee may also be required to lift and move 45 pounds.

Qualifications:

Must be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment. Be neat in appearance, speak clearly, have the ability to read and interpret instructions.
