Carpenter Position

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of interior remodeling, including:

Framing

Drywall

Interior trim work (e.g., finish carpentry, cabinetry, etc.)

Tile work (e.g., floors, backsplashes, showers)

Painting

Occasionally assist with exterior work, such as:

Decks

Siding

Window installations

Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with clients.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-10 years in remodeling carpentry.

Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment.

Must have essential carpentry tools; owning a truck or van is a plus.

Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A provable work history is mandatory.

Must be able to pass a background check and be bondable.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Carpenter's Helper Position

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead carpenter with daily tasks on interior remodeling projects.

Prepare and maintain job sites, including setup and cleanup.

Transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Learn and perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision, including:

Interior trim work (e.g., finish carpentry, cabinetry, etc.)

Tile work

Painting

Support occasional exterior projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus but not required.

Eagerness to learn and develop carpentry skills.

Must have essential carpentry tools; owning a truck or van is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

A provable work history is mandatory.

Must be able to pass a background check and be bondable.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
