We have been in business for 33 years and are looking to hire an EMPLOYEE (NOT looking for subcontractors) with the ability to see a project through to completion. We are looking for someone with experience in all or most aspects of remodeling/construction. Someone who can function alone and with a team collaboration. Requires a valid drivers license, own vehicle and at least basic tools. Our primary function is residential remodeling and repairs, with our main focus bathrooms, kitchens, basements, home refreshes and small additions. We work within a 60-minute radius of the city of Delaware.

Benefits are paid holidays, vacations and sick time, fuel allowance, uniforms, and we have a company truck for use when needed. Pay is based upon experience. For experienced carpenter between $40,000-$60,000 a year W2 NOT 1099.

We will also consider someone who has some construction knowledge and wants to learn and grow as a contractor. Pay would be based on experience.
