Apartment Maintenance

Currently seeking a full-time maintenance person to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units.

Typical schedule is Monday - Friday business hours, with "on-call" responsibilities rotated every other week.

You must have previous apartment maintenance experience.

Hourly position, holiday pay. We do not offer health benefits.

The qualifications and abilities include the following:

Able to lay both sheet and square vinyl flooring

Install bathroom sinks and vanities

Tile repair/replacement

Basic plumbing

Basic electrical

Basic carpentry skills

Grounds clean up on a daily basis
