General maintenance, changing a disposal, a faucet, a toilet, a door knob, a lock, a light fixture, and in the same token repairing a toilet if it needs a fluid master, a flush valve or a Johnny ring. Repairing a front lock if it's just the deadbolt or a loose screw or a bad handle. Installing doors, windows and floors, groundskeeping, fence repair. Installing or repairing cabinets, hinges. Lighting or installing a new hot water tank or replacing a thermocouple, or cleaning the igniter, changing furnace filters. Installing thermostat or repairing a loose wire, changing plug outlets or light switches, change a breaker. Replacing ptraps or leaky pipes, repair or replace shower faucet/knob or a cartridge. Minor drywall repair.

8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, weekly pay.

You need your own car, background check, license, and a good work ethic! "Resume is required."

Good supervision and co workers. Pay is $20.00 to $22.00 an hour.
