We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, inputting and updating data into our systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channelsAccurately input and update data into the company’s databaseMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsAssist customers with troubleshooting and resolving basic service-related issuesProcess orders, forms, and applications as neededCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are metFollow up with customers to ensure their issues or requests are resolved in a timely mannerPerform general office duties such as filing and organizing customer documentation
