Automation Developer Analyst: III (Senior)
Ohio, Columbus, 43085 Columbus USADescription We are seeking an Automation Developer Analyst: III (Senior) to join our team located in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses on the planning, integration, and execution of automation development for projects of moderate to high complexity. The successful candidate will be a crucial team member in our industry, working closely with Business Systems Analysts and Development teams.Responsibilities: Extend the automation framework already developed for each business use case. Work closely with Business Systems Analysts and Development teams to review business objectives and requirements ensuring they are testable. Participate actively in the review of architectural and technical design specifications. Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows. Conduct testing using manual and/or automated test processes and report results. Run database queries for data validation within test scripts. Update test cases based on approved change requests and manage defects throughout the project. Create test status reports, test results, and test summary deliverables to ensure production implementation readiness. Collaborate with Project Test Lead on estimating the test efforts and support UAT efforts as needed. Monitor the software delivery and testing industry to stay current on advancements in tools, products, and technologies. Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed and follow the project lifecycle methodology consistently. Requirements Must possess strong planning and implementation skills Ability to review and supervise production processes effectively Proficiency in database management and SQL Server utilization Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, and REST API is necessary Strong negotiation skills for effective change management Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology is key Must have knowledge of quality assurance processes and defect management Ability to design and execute validation plans Proficiency in handling digital deliverables Knowledge of GIT for version control is essential Must be adept at writing and optimizing SQL queries Familiarity with design concepts and verification processes.
