Use your Energy industry knowledge and technical expertise to decipher clients’ SAP transformation needs across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, LNG, Carbon Capture and Oil Field and Equipment Services
Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art SAP Energy Industry cloud solutions, leading sales pursuits and opportunity development of solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S/4
Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Energy Industry cloud solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
Help the continued growth of Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP transformation
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's what you need:
Minimum 12 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Energy clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Energy clients
Experience in leading SAP SD/Order to Cash teams in more than one transformation project
Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (200+ people), including in a Global Delivery Model
Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus points if:
You have a proven track record as delivery lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Energy.
You are a trusted advisor to clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs.
You have knowledge of SAP architecture and functional processes, in addition to PMO methods.
You are a strong driver with focus on SAP delivery excellence, leading large teams onshore and offshore.
