The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, be comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders, possess excellent analytical skills, and have extensive experience in eliciting and documenting software requirements. What You'll Be Doing:● Requirements Elicitation and Documentation ● Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for State Nutrition software projects. ● Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Analysis and Solution Design: ● Collaborate with technical teams to design software solutions that align with business needs. Conduct gap analysis between current systems and proposed solutions, recommending improvements and innovations Stakeholder Management: ● Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and project managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. ● Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to update on project progress and resolve issues. Project Support: ● Support project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project milestones. ● Participate in quality assurance processes, including review of test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with requirements. Continuous Improvement: ● Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis. ● Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations. What We Are Looking For:● Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., ADO, BRDs, Visio). ● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
