Description The HR Transformation Manager leads and oversees the transformation of HR functions within an organization. This role includes planning and executing strategic initiatives to improve HR operations, processes, and systems in line with the company's strategic goals. The HR Transformation Manager is also responsible for building comprehensive training programs and managing HR projects and change-related activities.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate HR transformation projects, ensuring they are completed within time and budget constraints.

Develop strategic roadmaps for HR transformation, detailing the steps and resources required.

Work collaboratively with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to address them.

Streamline HR processes and systems to promote efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing proficiency in HR systems including Oracle.

Evaluate current HR technology, recommend upgrades or new solutions, and implement changes as necessary.

Build comprehensive training programs for staff to support the transformation process and enhance skill sets.

Guide and manage change management efforts across the organization, providing support to HR personnel and stakeholders.

Monitor progress of transformation initiatives regularly and report to senior management.

Liaise with external consultants and vendors as required.

Ensure all HR transformation activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in managing HR transformation projects and change management processes.

Strong knowledge and proficiency with HR operations, processes, systems, including Oracle.

Exceptional project management skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Capacity to manage high-stress situations and multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management or HR certification, especially Oracle certifications, is a plus.

Requirements - Background in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards

Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

A comprehension of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field

5+ years in human resources

Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

Ability to view issues with an objective lens

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired
