- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com (administration and maintenance of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Knowledge of data modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering

- Acts as the lead Salesforce Administrator. Maintains current administrative-level knowledge of Salesforce.com for any changes and/or subsequent releases from Salesforce. Collaborates with business areas, management team, users, and vendors to evaluate business and development needs.
- Provides technical support to the organization for Marketing’s systems and applications, including managing internal support tickets, research, development, troubleshooting, architecture, ongoing maintenance, user management, governance protocols, quality assurance, business continuity requirements, data analysis, and end-user training.
- Participates in departmental and enterprise-wide projects providing evaluations, recommendations, and support work, develops and implements test plans and testing efforts, conducts necessary research, evaluates, and applies problem resolutions, evaluates, and advises on system or application upgrades.
- Collaborates with our vendors, partners, and/or Information Technology team on items related to automated data exchanges into and out of Salesforce to or from other Corporate One systems that are managed by our Information Technology department.
- Conducts research and evaluation for new Marketing systems or applications, new integrations to our Salesforce platform, and new service features or functionality. Conducts the necessary research and vetting, development work, testing, training, and general setup for any new system or system component.
- Develops and maintains departmental procedures as they pertain to Marketing systems and processes related to sustaining those systems, adherence to governance and audit protocols, and the assurance of data quality and data storage needs.
- Flexible to perform other duties and projects as assigned.
