SCCM Support Technician with experience in day to day operations of the End User Configuration Managed Workstation environment including Windows OS and software support, SCCM client and software delivery troubleshooting and end user support. The primary responsibility for this position is to troubleshoot and resolve tickets that are assigned to the Managed Workstation team.

Demonstrated Experience with the following:

  • Working experience with Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 for application and patch deployments
  • Manage assigned support queues with an emphasis on SLA Management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 7
  • Provide escalated support for the helpdesk, desktop, field, and executive support teams.
  • Working knowledge of and exposure to Viewfinity or similar privilege management tools
  • Work with other internal and external IT teams to assist in troubleshooting and resolving incident tickets
  • Work with asset management team to maintain accurate records of all packaged software
  • Assist the packaging team to perform testing and deployment of new software packages within the test domain and workstation platform prior to enterprise deployment
  • Maintain documentation related to the environment

  • At least three (3) years performing duties similar to those listed in the Overview section above.
  • Effectively work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous exposure to ITIL - based service solutions (Remedy, Service Now)
  • Ability to work in stressful situations occasionally requiring after hours emergency response
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem analysis and resolution
