Strategic Systems is actively seeking a Manager Corporate Systems ERP. This is a contract to permanent position that will need to be onsite in Columbus, OH in June 2021.This role provides leadership, strategic input, analysis, and tactical planning to oversee the organization’s Enterprise Relationship Planning systems. Those systems include but are not limited to Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling. This role manages the work of resources responsible for system configuration, business process management, security maintenance, and integration and report development.The Corporate Systems ERP Manager will create short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations processes, data flows, security, reporting, and analytics. They will collaborate with our Technology, Business and Clinical Operations teams to implement improvements in functionality and training where necessary for an excellent associate experience and effective business operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent ExperienceField of Study: Computer ScienceField of Study: related field.Years of experience: 7 to 10

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE4 year program in Computer science, or related business or comparable experience.Knowledge and experience in HR recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent and payroll processes and workflow.Knowledge and experience in finance and supply chain processes and workflow.Knowledge of Information systems with advanced skills required through courses and or Experience .Strong leadership, budgeting and interpersonal communication skills.A minimum of 5 yrs. technical experience in a highly technical role within an IS function, including 2 to 3 years managerial experience with exposure to design, development and implementation of departmental information systems.Five years relevant Information systems Experience.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTESMaster's Degree in computer science or related field.Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and processes strong knowledge in change management process.Knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core / Cloud Connect including knowledge in Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web servicesKnowledge of Kronos integration tools and system configurationHands-on experience in Workday technologies - Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security and BIRT Reporting2+ years of relevant Workday experience in Implementation / Roll Out / Upgrade / Support projects related to Workday and Kronos ApplicationsThe ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap, with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that visionOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working directly with users and collaborating across internal teams to deliver complex projects

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • 20% - Facilitates development of new applications as assigned based on application lifecycle standards, including
1 definition of requirements based on the business needs of the organization; 2 translation of requirements into design of the application and operational model; and 3 provision of application support staff to build and test applications and operational model in readiness for deployment.Adheres to standardized best practices for project management as well as testing at the unit, volume, and integration level.Collaborates with customers, stakeholders, vendors, internal infrastructure staff, process excellence, and others to achieve the above.
  • 10% - Facilitates deployment of applications as assigned with consideration for best practices in education, activation, and production support. Collaborates with customers, stakeholders, vendors, project management, and others to achieve the above.
  • 25% - Operates applications as assigned by planning and executing routine maintenance of software and hardware; optimizes applications as assigned by planning and executing upgrades, patches, customizations, and management reporting. Adheres to internal policies / procedures for related processes e. g. , configuration management, change management, security management, service continuity management, incident management, problem management, etc Provides 2 4 x 7 on call support for applications as assigned.
  • 20%- Organizes people, processes and technology to achieve results for application management as they related to the I. S. Balanced Scorecard; includes quality e. g. , application availability, compliance with ONCALL, incident turnaround times, etc. ; service e. g. , customer satisfaction, service level agreements, operating level agreements, etc. ; quality of work life e. g. , employee retention rate, employee opinion scores, employee development, etc. ; and financial performance e. g. , adherence to capital allocation and operating budgets, productivity measures, etc. . Maintains competency in best-practice application management for inclusion into processes that result in measurable results on the balanced scorecard
  • 10% - Directly manages all human resource aspects of personnel management within assigned area including selection of new employees, initial and ongoing development, evaluation, counseling, scheduling, etc. Motivates employees to progressively higher levels of productivity and performance.
  • 5% - Help Director to plan, monitor, and control annual operating and capital budgets for assigned applications. Manages materials, supplies, and other resources necessary for departmental operations.
  • 5% - Administers physical, procedural, and technical safeguards for protection, control and monitoring of information assets, including access management, staff education, responses to breaches, business continuity and information disaster recovery planning, auditing, and information security risk management for those applications assigned.5% - Fills in on projects tasks, such as analysis, coding, testing, whatever is necessary to ensure the success of completing tasks/projects on time.
