What You’ll Do:

- Assist with construction and maintenance tasks

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Perform general cleanup and site organization

- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals

- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor

- Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices (experience is a plus!)

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

- Reliable transportation to job sites

Starting pay is $15/Hr

Trial period for increase is after 30 working days (6 weeks)
