Night shift tickets, Plumbing, toilet, sink, drain clearing. Water leaks. Stuck doors, roof leaks. Just need problem abated. Day shift will do big repairs, tarps, etc.

You need to have carpentry, plumbing and drywall paint skills. A good example of a job would be go and detach a faucet from a vanity detach the vanity from the wall remove the baseboards. Do a drywall paint repair reset a new vanity, run new baseboard, reset the top, hook up the plumbing for the vanity. Install the new faucet that gets the big three drywall, paint, plumbing and carpentry
