Remodeling

Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in residential or multifamily remodeling type of work. This is a fast-paced job and you will be expected to know what you are doing in most of these areas.

-Drywall repairs

Painting with sprayer, roller, and brush

-Installing baseboards and door casing

-replacing outlets, light switches, and overhead lights

-Installing vanities

-replacing shut-off valves and faucets

-toilets

-Replacing deck boards

-miniblinds, vertical blinds

You must have your own reliable transportation. Pay is based on experience and this is a 1099 position. Most work is inside and pretty basic, I can teach the right person who already has some experience.
