Roofing Repair Sub - Plenty of work!

Well-known, reputable company specializing in roofing, siding, and gutters in the greater Cincinnati area is looking for repair subcontractors.

In order to succeed here, you must be able to effectively perform the following:

- Remove and replace damaged shingles

- Remove existing chimney flashing and fabricate new flashing and counter flashing

- Install step flashing and base flashing

- Repair vinyl siding panels, J-channel, vinyl soffit, and corner posts

- Install seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, and gutter topper

- EPDM repairs; including small scale (2-4 squares) replacements

- Be moderately computer literate. Jobs are assigned via app on smartphone.

We are looking for a 1-3 man crew that can handle anywhere from 1 repair a week up to repairs assigned every day.

Workmanship, dependability, and professionalism will dictate pay. As a subcontractor, you will be paid a percentage of the job. We pay the top shelf guys the top shelf wages. Pay is weekly on Fridays.

Active BWC and liability insurance policy with $1,000,000/occurrence coverage required.
