Property Management Team (Couple) for 216 unit subsidized elderly apartment buildings in Oakley with highly respected Prop. Mgmt Co. EEOC employer. Must live on site, 2 Bdr Apt with Electric, Water, Sewer and Trash provided. Office Manager must be computer literate have office skills and HUD Property Management experience, certified COS or CPO is a plus. Maintenance Manager must have apt. maintenance skills. Valid Drivers License required for both individuals. We are looking for experienced couples who are looking a stable work environment. TEAMS ONLY!
