Pet Care Position – Flexible Schedule – Supplemental Income

Happy Paws Home Care is hiring Pet P.A.L.s (Pet + Animal Lovers)!

We’re a local in-home pet care company looking for kind, reliable people who want flexible, meaningful part-time work with animals. Training provided.

Pay:

$11.50–$16.50 per visit (plus tips & bonuses)

Most visits are 30–60 minutes

Sitters often earn $17–$22 per completed visit

What You’ll Do:

Drop-in pet visits: walks, feeding, companionship, medications

Use our app to check in and update clients

Be on time, follow instructions, and treat pets with love and respect

Requirements:

18+ with a car & valid license

At least 3 shifts/week (AMs, evenings, or weekends)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Background check required

Prior pet experience is great—but we’ll train the right person!

We serve neighborhoods across Greater Cincinnati—flexible zones and schedules available.
