Description We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution.
Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately.
Process orders, forms, and applications.
Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors/managers.
Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch customer service.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
Proven experience as a customer service representative or related role.
Proficiency with computers, especially in CRM software and MS Office.
Exceptional ability to communicate and problem-solve.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to articulate information clearly.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bilingual abilities are an added advantage.
Strong patience when dealing with upset customers.
