Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance technician needed for medium size apartment development in Chillicothe. Duties include landscape maintenance and apartment cleaning and repairs. Must work well with little supervision and have good working knowledge and experience with minor electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. Must be professional in work and attitude.
