As a Carpenter at Element Design Build Remodel, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life. Your expertise in cabinetry, countertop installation, doors, and window installation will ensure that every project you touch is completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows with precision and care.
Perform interior framing and molding installations to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that every detail of the client's vision is realized.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on residential construction.
Strong knowledge of interior framing, molding, and general carpentry techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship completion preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary and Benefits:
Full - Time Position.
$25-$33/hr based on experience.
