1099 Subcontractors Wanted!

Mad City Windows and Bath, a Renuity Company continues to grow. We are looking for subcontractors for our Fargo office to install replacement windows.

About the Role:

- Install replacement windows

- Apply finish work as needed for every application

- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Key Qualifications:

- Established LLC or Business (must have an EIN)

- General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp or Workers Comp Ghost Policy

- Need to have truck, trailer, metal brake, and tools
