Wanted a self motivated, honest maintenance person for 140 apartments and a hotel. Must have own transportation and should have own hand tools.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills are all useful.

Wage is negotiable and depends on skills and speed. Can be full time if enough skills
